天台樓梯阻礙走火通道
和住在3座的朋友一同看看他那座正在進行的天台防水工程。看見天台走火樓梯內搭了一個吊運的鐵架，樓梯頂端搭了一個並不穩固的木板斜台，通道上放置了一大桶拆卸出來的建築廢料。另一邊的走火梯同樣搭起了吊運鐵架和木板斜台，旁邊堆放著一堆建築物料。上述那些簡陋的斜台阻礙走火通道，很容易使人絆倒，加上在通道上存放的物料，對走火逃生造成潛在危險。 事後已經通知了屋苑保安及一同到第2座查看，該座天台兩條走火梯都同樣是裝了吊運用的鐵架和類似的簡陋木板斜台。
